January Goals

I've got some big goals this year, but let's start small.

This month my goals are:

1.) Do not buy any new clothes except possibly a new swim-suit. ---My closet has plenty of nice things in it and while I always think it could use more I'd like to not spend any money on it.

2.) Do not eat out unless on date night. By far I waste too much money eating out and not cooking at home. Thanks to the boyfriends mother I have a new crock-pot and want to make more meals at home.

3.) Drink 60 oz. of water a day. I drink too much caffeine and my body feels it. It's time to be better to my body in that department.

4.) Pay at least $100 towards my undergrad loans. They have already accumulated interested and I'd like to start the process of paying some of it back.

Any loan paying processes you suggest for a graduate student who works part time?

July List

June List
1.) Pay for the person behind me. This was so nerve-wracking for me to do! I think being gracious can be mistaken sometimes, but I hope the couple behind me was able to pay it forward.
2.) 2-3 Pinterest Projects. Well, I tried the bleach pen leggings-that was a disaster. I made this recipe and added some more veggies to spice it up.
3.) Add instagram feed to my blog.
4.) Go on a group blind date with my besties--their idea! Read about my date.
5.) Participate in High Five for Friday-a blog link-up hosted by one of my favorite bloggers. You can find my post here.
6.) Workout at least twice a week. Well, does once a week count? Cycling class kicked my butt!

My most successful monthly list yet.
The July list will be shorter because I am moving and working at camp! Not much time to get much done.

July List
1.) Say goodbye to those I care most about.
2.) Attend two more cycling classes.
3.) Pack it all up and move to Seattle!

That's it folks. That's all I got time for!

What are your goals for the month?

May List

Well, this is officially the first month that I did terrible on my list.  I only accomplished two things! TWO! I think its clear how ridiculously busy and stressful the month of April was for me.

1.) Plan out what I am going to wear the night before. I always get panicky about what to wear in the morning so hopefully planning it the night before will help.
2.) Continue blogging four times a week and work on getting more followers.
3.) Eat at places in Anderson that are not chain restaurants; Yes, Qdoba, we still cannot be best friends this month.
4.) Enjoy the warm, spring weather when it comes.
5.) Wear more makeup. I want to find the look that is my signature go-to.
6.) Do better at my health challenge.
7.) No Soda this month-kill me now.

Here's to May and the hope I will accomplish it all!

1.) Find a place to live in Seattle/roommates---this is seriously stressing me out!
2.) No Caffeine---its a stretch but I believe I can do it.
3.) 2 pinterest projects.
4.) Make $500 dollars for Washington.
5.) Use myfitnesspal everyday
6.) Pay for the meal or coffee behind me.
7.) Read 3 Books.
8.) Up my blog design and contact pages. Blogging for Dummies is going to become my best friend!

Fingers crossed!
What are your goals? And do you have any suggestions for my blog? I will appreciate all the feedback!

February List

I still have another day until the end of January, but I wanted to share with you what I have accomplished on my list this month.

1.) Finish the last book of the hunger games.
2.) Use the Anderson gym at least two times a week.
3.) Eat breakfast! --I am not crossing this off because I only did it twice.
4.) Drink more water
5.) Make at least one pinterest meal.
6.) Save more, spend less.
7.) Wake up and pray
8.) Take more pictures
9.) Be encouraging
10.) Stay classy. Dress to impress and work some new hair dos.

As you can see, I did not accomplish much. So here's to February and hoping I can achieve the entire list this time!

1.) Stick to my health challenge (which I will share with you in my next post)
2.) Eat Breakfast at least twice a week (specifics are always helpful for me)
3.) Invite one person over for dinner each week
4.) Try hair-up do's. I really got into wearing my hair down a lot and I now have an excuse to try new hair styles now that my hair is long.
5.) Have a positive attitude about work. Lately anything having to do with work just puts me in a bad mood.

I think a list of five things is acceptable this month as it is my birthday month and I can only handle so much!
